Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport where gymnasts perform on the floor using 5 apparatus: hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon, and rope. It is a sport that draws components of gymnastics and dance. Rhythmic gymnasts must be strong, flexible, and agile. Currently, rhythmic gymnastics allows only women to compete at an international level.
