Rhythmic

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport where gymnasts perform on the floor using 5 apparatus: hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon, and rope. It is a sport that draws components of gymnastics and dance. Rhythmic gymnasts must be strong, flexible, and agile. Currently, rhythmic gymnastics allows only women to compete at an international level. The benefits of learning rhythmic gymnastics are improvements in posture, flexibility, and balance, as well as physical improvement in multiple areas. Moreover, learning in a group setting allows your child to develop strong social skills and learn about discipline all while having fun!
