ระเบียบการ
     • ค่าสมาชิกยิมนาสติกมีอายุ 1 ปี (นับจะวันที่ลงทะเบียน) รวมชุดยิมนาสติก 1 ชุด
     • ค่าสมาชิกว่ายน้ำมีอายุ 1 ปี (นับจะวันที่ลงทะเบียน)
     • ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนค่าสมาชิกรายปีทุกกรณี
     • ส่วนลดคอร์สยิมนาสติก 10% สำหรับน้องคนที่ 2 และ ส่วนลดคอร์ส 15% สำหรับน้องคนที่ 3 (ส่วนลดนี้ จะให้เฉพาะสมาชิกที่เป็นพี่น้องพ่อแม่เดียวกันเท่านั้น)
     • สามารถชำระเป็นเงินสด หรือโอนเงิน หรือบัตรเดบิต หรือบัตรวีซ่า หรือมาสเตอร์การ์ด
     • หากขอยกเลิกก่อนเริ่มเรียนในครั้งแรกของคอร์สเรียนจะได้รับเงินคืน 70% ของค่าคอร์สเรียน (แต่ต้องขอยกเลิกภายใน 1 เดือน หลังการชำระเงิน) ถ้ายกเลิกหลังจากนั้นจะได้รับเงินคืน 60% ของมูลค่าคอร์สเรียนที่เหลือ (แต่ต้องขอยกเลิกภายใน 1 เดือน หลังจากการมาเรียนครั้งสุดท้าย) ทั้งนี้ จะไม่มีการคืนเงินให้หลังการเรียนครั้งที่ 3 ผ่านไป
     • การเปิดสอนทุกชั้นเรียนจะขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนนักเรียน
     • การเรียนยิมนาสติกจะต้องดำเนินการให้ครบถ้วนภายใน 1 ปีสมาชิก นับจากวันที่ลงทะเบียน หากครบสมาชิกรายปีแล้ว คอร์สเรียนยังใช้ไม่หมด สามารถมาต่ออายุสมาชิกรายปี เพื่อใช้คอร์สที่เหลือต่อได้ โดยที่สมาชิกรายปีในปีนั้นยังไม่ขาดอายุ
     • การเรียนว่ายน้ำ 1 คอร์ส (10 ครั้ง) จะต้องดำเนินการให้ครบถ้วนภายใน 3 เดือน นับจากวันที่เริ่มเรียนวันแรก

ความยินยอม
     ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมให้บุตรหลานหรือผู้อยู่ในการดูแลเข้าเรียนยิมนาสติก และขอรับรองว่า ผู้เข้าเรียนไม่มีปัญหาสุขภาพทั้งด้านร่างกายและจิตใจอันจะทำให้มีผลกระทบต่อความสามารถในการเข้าเรียนตามโปรแกรมที่จัดไว้แต่อย่างใด ข้าพเจ้าตระหนักดีว่า ธรรมชาติของการเรียนรวมถึงการฝึกซ้อมยิมนาสติกและแทรมโพลีนนั้น อาจมีความเสี่ยงจากการได้รับบาดเจ็บบ้าง ซึ่งข้าพเจ้ารับทราบถึงความเสี่ยงดังกล่าว และยินยอมให้บุคคลดังกล่าวข้างต้นเข้าร่วมในโปรแกรมที่ระบุในเอกสารนี้

Policies:
     • Gymnastics memberships are valid for one year (from the day of sign-up) before they are to be renewed.
     We include 1 gymnastics leotard for the first sign up and every time the membership is renewed.
     • Swimming memberships are valid for 1 year (from the day of sign-up).
     • There are no refunds for the annual membership fee.
     • Gymnastics course discounts: 10% course program discount for the second child; 15% course program discount for the third child. This discount is only applicable for biological siblings.
     • We accept Cash, Bank transfer, Debit Card, VISA Card and Master Card.
     • If a member cancels their membership before they have started their first class at TCCS, they will receive 70% of the fee back (however, you must cancel within one month after buying the course). A cancellation after the one month period will receive 60% of the value of the remaining classes left on your course (you must ask within 1 month of your last class).
     Thus, we will not refund any money after you have taken three or more classes.
     • All programs are subject to adequate enrollment.
     • From the sign-up date, a member must complete his/her gymnastics course program within 1 year. If the member does not finish the course program within the year, then he/she is able to renew his/her membership for another year in order to have more time in completing the course program.
     • For 1 swimming course (10 times), you must complete this course in the span of 3 months, starting from the first day of learning.

Release Clause:
     I hereby authorize my child’s participation in this program. I know of no mental or physical problems that may affect my child’s ability to participate safely in this program. I am aware that gymnastics and trampoline activities by their nature, involve a certain element of risk, which involve potential for bodily injury. I acknowledge this element of risk and agree to permit my child to participate.
