(Ages 1.5 to 3 years)
A physical activity program designed especially for children ages 2 to 4 years. (pre - schoolers and children in kindergarten). Classes provide opportunities to build social skills, self confidence as well as physical & motor attributes. Musics, free play, creative movement, games, themes, individual and group activity make this program a wonderful physical education program for children!
(Ages 3 to 5 years)
Children will work from beginner to more advanced gymnastics skill. Participants will experience all of the Olympic apparatus as well as our specialty equipment such as the tumble track, trampolines, ropes and the pit!
Junior Recreational (Ages 5 years old and up)
Senior Recreational (Ages 8 years old and up)
Children will work on 12 progressive levels from beginner to more advanced gymnastics skill. This fast paced program is for boys and girls in grade 1 or higher wanting to experience the fun and thrill of gymnastics! Participants will learn skills on all Olympic apparatus (e.g. vault, uneven & parallel bars, balance beam etc.) as well as mini-trampoline and trampoline. The program promotes physical fitness and allows children to achieve new skills by focusing on their strengths and encouraging development of their weaker areas. This program will be consisted of progressive levels that each child works on at their own pace. Children will be grouped according to age and ability.

- All Stars (Ages 6 years old and up)

Junior Cheerleading (Ages 5 - 7 years old)
This class is great for beginners who are looking to increase motor development and social skills. Class cheerleaders will learn body positions, dance, tumbling, and jumps.
Senior Cheerleading (Ages 7 years old and up)
This class is great for those that are just catching the cheerleading bug. The focus is on fundamentals of cheerleading including tumbling (forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, backbends and back walkovers), stunting, motions, dance, jumps, sideline cheers plus they get to put it all together to learn routines. All athletes will receive a cheer bow for participating in the class.
